Rough guide for Between Prices. You will notice that the low rate is exactly half the high rate. From after the New Year till the end of February, when the low rate ends, prices go up in fortnightly steps by 10% of the low rate (Bank Holiday weeks being excepted - and specially priced along with school half-term and holiday weeks). This brings the price up to double the low rate by the start of the school summer holidays. The price then stays at that for 6 weeks till the start of September when it starts coming down in weekly steps, by 10% of the low rate, till it gets back all the way down to the low rate again for November and December till Christmas.
